We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Store Manager to lead our retail team. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a passion for customer service, and a proven track record in retail management. As the Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, driving sales, and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers. Responsibilities: Oversee daily store operations to ensure product quality, service standards, and sales targets are met. Develop and implement store operation SOPs and monitor execution. Recruit, train, schedule, and manage store staff to improve team efficiency. Analyze sales data and develop promotional campaigns and operational improvements. Handle customer complaints and emergencies to maintain brand reputation. Assist with new store setup, opening, and operational guidance. Requirements: Minimum 1 year of frontline experience in bubble tea, beverage, or F&B industry (e.g., barista, store supervisor, or store manager). Strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills. High sense of responsibility, strong execution skills, and ability to work under pressure. Willing to travel or work across different store locations when needed. Proficient in basic office software; data analysis skills are a plus. Fluent Mandarin is a preferred qualification.
