Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Days | 3–12-hour shifts (36 hours weekly) | Onsite | 15-Week Assignment | No guarantee of hours

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a 28-bed emergency department including 4 trauma bays, 2 behavioral health rooms, and 22 cardiac monitor rooms
• Manage a fast-paced, high-turnover patient environment with a strong focus on efficiency and quality care
• Collaborate within a team-oriented setting to deliver timely emergency and trauma nursing interventions
• Monitor and respond to cardiac patients utilizing available cardiac monitoring equipment
• Support behavioral health patient needs within designated behavioral health rooms

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse license in the State of Hawaii (must be obtained prior to assignment start date)
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification
• Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification
• Emergency Room nursing experience in a fast-paced clinical environment

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Procedural Sedation certification
• TMCC certification
• EMPC certification
