Human Resources Business Partner

This is a true HRBP role supporting a professional workforce and partnering closely with leaders on employee relations, performance management, talent development, and strategic HR initiatives. Responsibilities Partner with business leaders to support workforce planning, employee engagement, and talent development initiatives Provide guidance on employee relations, performance management, and leadership coaching Support onboarding and employee lifecycle activities Assist with benefits questions, leave administration, and HR policy interpretation Maintain employee records and support HR compliance activities Participate in performance review processes and development planning Support HR projects, process improvements, and organizational initiatives Utilize HR systems and reporting tools to maintain accurate employee data Qualifications 5+ years of Human Resources experience Strong employee relations and performance management experience Experience partnering with leaders and providing consultative HR support Excellent communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills Ability to balance strategic initiatives with day-to-day HR responsibilities Bachelor's degree preferred HR certification is a plus #J-18808-Ljbffr
