Accounting Specialist Join a Global Automotive Innovation Company Kelly Services is partnering with an internationally recognized automotive manufacturing company seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Accounting Specialist to join their growing team in Troy, Michigan. Our client specializes in the research, development, and production of advanced automotive components and wiring systems, supporting projects from prototype design through full-scale production. With operations across Italy, Romania, Tunisia, and the United States, this is an exciting opportunity to work in a collaborative global environment while gaining exposure to international accounting operations. This newly created part-time role offers flexibility, independence, and the opportunity to work closely with leadership and the Accounting Manager based in Italy. What You'll Do Process accounting transactions including invoices, bills, and bank activity Perform bank reconciliations and monitor customer/vendor aging reports Support accounts payable and accounts receivable functions Prepare and process payments accurately and on time Assist with tax and social declaration documentation Maintain organized accounting records and financial documentation Communicate regularly with the accounting team in Italy via Teams and phone Support day-to-day accounting operations in a small office environment What We're Looking For 34 years of accounting or bookkeeping experience Degree in Accounting or Finance preferred Experience within manufacturing or automotive environments strongly preferred Proficiency with SAP and Microsoft Office, especially Excel Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Self-starter who can work independently with minimal supervision Comfortable collaborating with an international team across time zones Why This Opportunity?
