Sales Manager / Finance ManagerEast Bay Motorsports is looking for an enthusiastic, knowledgeable, and experienced full-time Sales Manager / Finance Manager to join our team!We represent the following brands in our East Bay location: Honda, Yamaha, Kawasaki, Suzuki, BRP / Can-Am, and CF Moto.At East Bay Motorsports, we value long-term relationships with our customers and are looking for candidates with the following qualities:QualificationsPrevious motorsports experience requiredBilingual (Spanish) preferredExcellent communication and leadership skillsSelf-motivated and performance-driven to meet department goalsStrong knowledge of OEM products and product segmentsOrganized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentJob Responsibilities include but are not limited toLead and manage the sales team to meet and exceed dealership sales goalsSell financing and present back-end products and services to customers, including Extended Service Contracts, GAP Insurance, Theft Protection, Tire & Wheel, and GPS location productsOversee the completion of purchase documents for financed, leased, or cash deals, ensuring all paperwork is accurate and submitted for timely fundingEnsure compliance with all federal, state, and dealership regulations, including DMV and lien paperworkMaintain adequate and current supply of all contracts, forms, and documentationProvide guidance and training to sales staff on product knowledge, customer service, and closing techniquesMonitor inventory presentation and direct sales associates to maintain showroom and lot standardsFollow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and minimize cancellations or charge-backsDeliver exceptional customer service and communication throughout the sales and finance processBenefitsCompetitive payMedical, dental, vision, life, accident, and critical illness insurance401kPTOJob Type: Full-time
