• Assist service technicians in identifying and sourcing the exact parts needed for vehicle repairs.
• Maintain accurate inventory levels through daily cycle counts and proactive ordering.
• Provide friendly, helpful service to walk-in customers looking for vehicle components or accessories.
• Organize and stock the parts department to ensure high efficiency and easy access to frequently used items.
• Coordinate with the logistics team to track shipments and communicate delivery timelines to the service department.
• Keep meticulous records of all sales, returns, and inventory adjustments.

• At least two years of experience in automotive parts management or a related retail environment.
• Strong familiarity with automotive components and technical terminology.
• Proficiency in inventory management software and database navigation.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Exceptional organizational skills to manage warehouse flow.
• Previous experience with CDK or similar dealership management systems is a plus.
