Caring Angels Home Care is looking for dynamic part‑time and full‑time Occupational Therapists for our home‑based pediatric patients in Brooklyn. This position pays a base salary of $125,000.00 and offers a competitive benefits package including medical and dental insurance, 401(k) plan after 3 months of employment, 27 paid time off days and 10 paid holidays. Fee‑for‑service is available at $100.00 per 30‑minute session for independent contractors. The option to cover caseload on weekends is available. Our part‑time and full‑time positions offer therapists the option to have a personal driver pick them up from their home, drive to cases, and return home. Currently, we are the only agency in New York that offers this unique door‑to‑door car service! Occupational Therapist Job Description The Occupational Therapist is responsible for the evaluation, planning, implementation, treatment and documentation of patient status for home‑care patients. They support the organization's mission to provide the highest quality care by complying with regulatory guidelines, meeting agency standards, and obtaining appropriate certification.
