Forty percent of your time is spent in direct 1-on-1 and small-group coaching, identifying obstacles and establishing stretch goals. Another forty percent involves facilitating structured life-skills workshops designed for real mastery, not passive engagement. The final twenty percent is dedicated to morning kickoffs that set a daily tone where excellence is non-negotiable. The trajectory here emphasizes depth over hierarchy.
