Patient ratio 1:6. 36-hour orientation provided. Highlights: 13-week travel assignment in a 48-bed medical/surgical unit with diverse patient population Comprehensive interdisciplinary support including IV teams, respiratory services, physical therapy, pharmacy, and rapid response teams Epic charting system with experience in managing complex patient diagnoses including sepsis, trauma, respiratory failure, and cardiac conditions Flexible scheduling with one pre-approved time off period available Float opportunities available based on competencies Requirements: Active RN license (state or compact license required at time of submission) Current BLS certification required Minimum 2 years of nursing experience preferred Travel nursing experience preferred Epic charting system experience required Experience with 1:6 patient ratios Trauma Level II experience preferred Must reside outside 50-mile radius of the area Proficiency in skills including IV management, blood product administration, central line care, chest tubes, BiPAP/CPAP, wound care, and isolation precautions Why Join Us?
