Business Analyst, Workforce Management Contract opportunity. This is a remote position. About this Position This is a high-impact role supporting the implementation of Workday and the integration of UKG Workforce Management platforms within a large-scale Back of Stores transformation initiative. You will bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions, driving requirements, testing, and adoption across cross‑functional teams. Job Responsibilities Support the successful integration of UKG WFM platforms (WFC & PRO) with Workday across cross‑functional business processes Facilitate requirements gathering, functional design, and end‑to‑end solution validation with business stakeholders Create and maintain deliverables including process maps, data flow diagrams, requirements specifications, and use case scenarios Coordinate and execute user acceptance testing and support implementation activities Drive adoption of designed solutions and lead knowledge transfer to Global Production Support upon go‑live Skills/Requirements 8+ years of Business Analyst experience with hands‑on UKG WFM (Kronos) platform experience – WFC & PRO required Experience with Workday integrations strongly preferred Agile SAFe methodology experience required Proficiency in JIRA and Confluence for documenting stories, features, and requirements Understanding of SOX compliance and risk & compliance management for UKG PRO Additional Information 1‑year contract with potential to extend Open to contract‑to‑perm candidates only – no open FTE at this time Comfortable working in ambiguous, fast‑paced environments a must Opportunity to play a key role in a large‑scale enterprise technology transformation Pay Range: $90 - $100/HR YUPRO Placement is an equal opportunity employer. #J-18808-Ljbffr YUPRO Placement
