Process Analyst
Lead projects that focus on implementing industry best practices in end to end processes including opportunity identification and providing recommendations for improvements
Responsibilities:
- Partner with business stakeholders and IT to document current state processes
- Identifies process gaps along with a root cause analysis of issues leveraging lean six sigma tools/templates
- Leads and facilitates cross functional discussions to drive issues, challenges and prioritization efforts
- Identifies and recommends opportunities to implement process or technology improvements
- Partners with stakeholders to document business requirements and drives sign-off of BRD (business requirements document), managing BRDs (including those with high complexity), cross-functional and cross-regional reviews
- Works with BSA's and Dev. team on solution design and development
- Partner with Change Management team to evaluate and document impact of revised processes on end users
- Creates and deliver training to end users on revised processes/technology solutions
Manages process and procedural documentation:
- Lead and manage user acceptance testing including identification of test cases and resources
- Assesses testing progress and communicates to stakeholders.
- Completes post deployment analysis, monitoring and control, driving recommendation for improvement to completion
- Build desktop procedures and policy documents
- Drives consistency and alignment across different functional teams
