Job Description

• Design Customized Treatment Plans: Assess patients' needs and create tailored therapy strategies to help them meet their functional objectives.
• Implement Therapeutic Techniques: Use evidence-informed practices to improve patients' motor abilities, cognitive skills, and daily functionality.
• Collaborate with Multi-Disciplinary Teams: Work closely with other OTs, PTs, STs, physicians, and nurses to ensure comprehensive and holistic patient care.
• Guide Patients and Caregivers: Provide education to patients and their families on therapeutic methods to foster ongoing improvement at home.
• Track Progress and Adapt Strategies: Monitor clinical outcomes and modify treatment plans accordingly, ensuring patients remain on their path to recovery.

Education

• Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Ongoing education or post-graduate certifications are encouraged and supported.

Certifications

• Active Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license.
• NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification is mandatory.
