Job Responsibilities

• Create Tailored Treatment Plans: Evaluate patients and devise individualized therapy strategies to help them meet their functional objectives.
• Implement Therapeutic Techniques: Apply evidence-based methods to enhance patients' motor capabilities, cognitive functions, and activities of daily living.
• Collaborate with Multidisciplinary Teams: Work hand-in-hand with OTs, PTs, STs, doctors, and nursing professionals to provide inclusive, holistic care.
• Educate Patients and Families: Teach patients and their families therapeutic techniques that support ongoing progress at home.
• Track and Document Progress: Monitor clinical outcomes and modify treatment plans as necessary, ensuring patients remain on track.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution
• Continuing education or post-graduate certifications encouraged and fully supported

Licensure & Certification

• A valid Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license
• NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification is mandatory
