Talent Acquisition Specialist

Human Resources Opportunity: Talent Acquisition Specialist iSuite L.L.C. is seeking a qualified professional to join our Human Resources team. iSuite is a business support services organization formed in 2023 that provides business development, pursuit, estimating, safety, accounting, human resources, information technology, marketing, and training services to clients within the Architecture, Engineering, Construction (A/E/C) industry. We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to work from our office in Charlotte, NC. The role focuses on managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from role design and strategy to interviewing candidates and facilitating the new hire onboarding experience. Responsibilities Manage the full recruiting cycle for critical roles and collaborate with Hiring Managers to identify and acquire strong talent. Build and execute recruiting strategies aligned with industry and market trends to target high-priority needs. Sourcing potential candidates through online career portals, recruitment sites, social media platforms, in-person events, and external recruiters as needed. Develop job descriptions, determine job qualifications and requirements, evaluate applications, and screen candidates. Coordinate interviews, gather feedback on candidates, and assist with offer letter development and negotiation. Serve as company advocate and the main point of contact for all candidates and current employees, fostering positive relationships and addressing questions about the interview process, company policies, benefits, and values. Assist with developing and onboarding new employees to ensure they feel welcome and prepared for success. Process onboarding and offboarding paperwork and required training, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations. Maintain records of all candidates and provide regular status updates to Hiring Managers, Company Leadership, and HR Leadership. Recruit students through online job boards, career fairs, and referrals and assist with the management of the Summer Internship Program. Design, implement, and update Human Resource programs and processes to best achieve the organization’s objectives. Qualifications 2–3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruiting, Onboarding, and/or Human Resources. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, Psychology, Communication, or a related field. Exceptional communication (oral and written) and interpersonal skills. Ability to work within deadline-driven environments and manage multiple tasks with consistent attention to detail. Strong computer skills; proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Ability to work under pressure in a fast‑paced environment. Creative, efficient, solution‑based mindset. Strong organizational skills and ability to maintain confidentiality. Experience with applicant tracking systems is a plus. Experience in the construction industry is a plus. Experience with the LinkedIn Recruiter platform is a plus.
