Head Sommelier: Elevate Wine & Sake Pairings

Zuma is a contemporary Japanese restaurant collection known for its vibrant beverage program and exemplary wine and sake selection. We seek a Head Sommelier to curate and manage the wine program, elevate guest experiences, and lead service standards across our venues.
The role requires deep knowledge of wine regions, grape varietals and wine service, with a passion for Japanese cuisine and fine dining. Flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays is expected.
