Nurse Case Manager: Care Coordination Leader
Ketchikan Fire Department
Ketchikan Indian Corporation is seeking a nurse to coordinate and evaluate patient care across the health care continuum. The role involves planning, coordinating, tracking, and evaluating care for high-risk populations identified by clinical staff.
