We're looking for an experienced Wisconsin-licensed Journeyman Electrician to join our Electrical Department. You'll work primarily on new construction and remodel projects within approximately 40 miles of Weston, WI , giving you the opportunity to do quality electrical work while staying closer to home.

If you're an experienced electrician who takes pride in your work, can read a set of plans, and doesn't need someone looking over your shoulder to get the job done right, we'd like to talk with you.

What You'll Earn

$41.25–$45.00 per hour

Overtime paid at 1.5× your base rate after 40 hours per week.

What You'll Be Doing

As a Journeyman Electrician, you'll take ownership of electrical installations on residential and commercial construction projects.

Your work will include:

• Installing, repairing and maintaining wiring, panels, fixtures, devices and electrical equipment
• Installing conduit, raceways, boxes, cable trays and related electrical systems
• Reading and working from blueprints, electrical drawings, schematics and specifications
• Laying out device locations, panels, conduit runs and equipment
• Completing code-compliant residential and commercial electrical work
• Managing job phases safely and effectively with minimal supervision
• Keeping materials and truck inventory organized to help eliminate unnecessary return trips

What We're Looking For

• Wisconsin Journeyman Electrician License – Required
• 5+ years of construction electrical experience
• Strong blueprint and electrical drawing skills
• Solid knowledge of conduit, wiring, panels, fixtures, devices and raceways
• Ability to work independently and take responsibility for getting the job done correctly
• Strong attention to safety, quality and workmanship
