DatamanUSA is looking for a Human Resources Assistant 3 for our direct client based in CA. This is a great opportunity for someone who is a quick learner with excellent people skills.
Job Details:
Job Title: Human Resources Assistant 3
Location: San Diego, CA
Duration: 12 months
Basic Qualifications:
*) High School diploma and 4 years of HR, talent acquisition, or relevant administrative/scheduling experience OR Associates Degree and 2 years of HR, talent acquisition, or relevant administrative/scheduling experience
*) Experience in a team environment providing support to a diverse customer base with a demonstrated commitment to providing excellent customer service
*) Experience managing competing demands while still meeting critical deadlines
*) Experience using Microsoft Outlook with calendar functionality
*) Ability to adapt to shifting business priorities and step forward for projects
*) Skilled with high attention to detail
Preferred Qualification:
*) Bachelor’s Degree in HR/Business field
*) Prior experience scheduling interviews for a large organization utilizing scheduling software highly preferred
*) Proficiency in Excel
*) Prior experience working with Workday Recruiting or Eightfold
*) Prior experience in Talent Acquisition
