Skilled Construction Laborer - Weekly Pay!

A reputable construction company specializing in Pre-Engineered Metal Buildings (PEMB) is hiring a skilled laborer to support the assembly, installation, and maintenance of metal structures. You will be responsible for cutting, staging, and bolting materials into place using blueprints, while working hands-on with a variety of tools and equipment. This position offers consistent hours, growth potential, and strong benefits after 60–90 days.
Assist in the assembly, installation, and maintenance of metal structures.
Cut, stage, and bolt material into place according to blueprints.
Utilize tools such as pry bars, tin snips, pliers, ratchets, spud wrenches, hammers, levels, and speed squares.
Work out of scissor lifts and follow OSHA regulations, including PPE and harness requirements.
2+ years of general construction experience.
Ability to use a range of hand tools and power tools.
Ability to read and work from blueprints accurately.
Welding experience is a plus, but not required.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Familiarity with structural welding, MIG, and stick welding is beneficial.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Gretna, NE.
The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $24.00/hr.
