HEAVY EQUIPMENT OPERATOR

$28-$35/HR + OVERTIME OPPORTUNITIES

We're hiring experienced Heavy Equipment Operators for a large-scale lake home development project. If you have experience running a dozer, excavator, or tractor and want steady work with plenty of overtime, we want to talk to you.

What You'll Do

• Operate dozers, excavators, and tractors safely and efficiently

• Perform grading, excavation, and site preparation work

• Cut grade, build pads, and move dirt

• Follow grade stakes and site plans

• Complete daily equipment inspections

• Work with the crew to keep production moving

What You Need

• 2+ years of heavy equipment operating experience

• Experience with dozers, excavators, or tractors

• Grading and excavation experience preferred

• Valid driver's license

• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions

• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Waterloo, NE.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $35.00/hr.
