Position: LPN - Medical/Surgical Adult Unit

Shift: 1845-1915

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our Medical/Surgical Adult Unit. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality nursing care to adult patients in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the healthcare team.
Monitor and document patients' vital signs and health status.
Assist in performing diagnostic tests and procedures.
Collaborate with registered nurses and other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive patient care.
Educate patients and their families about health management and care plans.

Qualifications

Current LPN license in the state of practice.
Previous experience in a medical/surgical setting preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care.
