Licensed Vocational Nurse

Develop and implement total nursing care for patients through assessment and nursing diagnosis. Create patient care plans to meet individual needs. Provide leadership by working cooperatively with ancillary nursing and other patient team personnel. Maintain standards for professional nursing practice in the clinical setting. Develop systems to provide care for a diverse population, including infants, children, adolescents, adults, and geriatrics.
