Project Analyst

Insight Global is hiring a Project Analyst I to support government and defense programs, partnering directly with Program Managers on procurement, financial tracking, and reporting. This role requires strong Deltek Costpoint experience, familiarity with government processes and SLAs, and the ability to manage purchase requests, at-risk packages, and vendor coordination in a fast-moving, regulated setting.

Requirements:

Degree from an accredited university

3+ YOE

US Government contracting background

Experience with purchase request models, SLAs, workflows

Familiarity with Salesforce

Must be located in the Washington-DC Metro area or Tampa, FL

Day to Day:

This individual will be maintaining and managing charge codes, workflows, and financial trackers. They'd work with PMs, procurement, finance, external vendors, and technical teams on a daily basis. Ability to communicate internally and externally efficiently is a must. The role will include supporting project schedules, budgets, and reporting across multiple programs.
