Job Summary
We’re looking for experienced, energetic educators who understand that childcare is more than supervision, it’s foundational brain development. You’ll be responsible for fostering intellectual, social-emotional, and physical growth in a structured, nurturing environment.

Responsibilities 

• Create and implement developmentally appropriate lesson plans
• Maintain structured daily and weekly classroom schedules
• Support children’s social, emotional, and cognitive development
• Conduct developmental observations and milestone tracking
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized classroom
• Communicate professionally and consistently with parents
• Collaborate with team members and administration

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a licensed childcare setting preferred
• Strong understanding of early childhood development
• Ability to manage a classroom independently (for Lead roles)
• Reliable, punctual, and professional
• Strong communication and time management skills
• Valid/Current Fingerprint Clearance Card
• CPR/First Aid Certification (or willingness to obtain)
