What We’re Looking For: We’re seeking an exceptional Part-Time Audiologist or Hearing Instrument Specialist to join our team of dedicated professionals. What You’ll Do: Conduct diagnostic comprehensive hearing evaluations Executes a treatment plan through excellent counseling and education Recommend and fit proper hearing devices based on patient’s needs Assist in clinical administrative functions including phone calls, documentation, and reporting Maintain confidentiality of all business and patient information Adherence to company policies and procedures May also be involved in marketing and public outreach, including community events, lunch and learns, health fairs, and senior living events What You’ll Need: Demonstrated experience building strong and positive relationships with patients Masters or Doctorate in Audiology Bilingual in Spanish or Chinese preferred but not mandatory Active CA Dispensing license or eligible for licensure Patient-centered approach with great listening skills Strong communication skills and ability to influence others Desire to work collaboratively as part of a diverse team of professionals Flexible and adaptable; open to change and feedback What We Offer: Base Salary: $50-$60/hour plus commission potential #J-18808-Ljbffr
