Learn more at Role Overview Circana is seeking an exceptional product leader to build and commercialize the industry's leading Retail Media solutions. This leader will define the future of Retail Media Network (RMN) measurement, advertiser effectiveness, Audience Targeting, Customer Relationship Management, and AI-powered commerce intelligence. This leader will establish a scalable media framework and products to support customer relationship management, retail media targeting, measurement and optimization. Job Responsibilities Strategic Outcomes Create the industry standard for retail media effectiveness measurement. Launch a universal dashboard and API strategy supporting advertisers, RMNs, agencies and partners. Connect audience targeting, customer experience, incrementality, attribution and optimization measurement into a unified platform. Drive meaningful software, data, and measurement of revenue growth. Establish Circana as the trusted neutral retail media partner across RMNs. Core Responsibilities Own vision, roadmap, investment strategy, and commercialization. Lead products spanning lift measurement, benchmarking, media optimization, audience targeting, customer relationship management, AI insights, and analytics. Lead integration of additional measurement capabilities as necessary like match market testing and Market Mix Modeling (MMM). Partner with Data Science and Engineering to operationalize audience segmentation, targeting, incrementality, causal inference, and AI. Build scalable self-service experiences and ecosystem integrations. Influence executive clients, retailers, and strategic partners. Recruit and develop world-class product talent. Requirements Ideal Backgrounds and Experience Familiar working knowledge with RMNs like Amazon Ads, Walmart Connect, Sam's Club MAP, Instacart Ads, Roundel, Kroger Precision Marketing or Albertsons Media Collective. Retail media ecosystem platform knowledge like Skai, Pacvue, Koddi, Flywheel, CommerceIQ or similar platforms. Commerce and social platform experience and knowledge like TikTok Shop, Meta Commerce, Pinterest or similar organizations. Familiar with measurement and analytics offerings like Nielsen, NCS, Kantar, Neustar, Analytic Partners or Circana/IRI. Target Candidate Archetype Built products used across multiple RMNs. Understands advertiser, agency, retailer and platform needs. Deep fluency in media, measurement science, CRM and commercialization. History of scaling products from concept to market leadership. Required Qualifications 12-15+ years in Product Management, Analytics, AdTech, MarTech or Retail Media. Proven success launching enterprise data, measurement or analytics products. Strong executive presence and customer-facing leadership. Bachelor's degree in quantitative discipline; MBA, MS or PhD preferred. Location This position can be located in the following area(s): Chicago, IL or NYC, NY. Salary The below range reflects the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future. An employee's position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs. The salary range for this role is $200,000 USD to $250,000 USD. This job is also eligible for bonus pay.
