Responsibilities Lead the store staff when there is no manager or Operations Supervisor onsite, ensuring that store operations run smoothly and opening and closing procedures are completed. Support the CVS Store Management team in driving store execution and performance and building consumer loyalty through excellent customer service. Manage, supervise and communicate with store crews: assign, direct and follow up on activities; effectively communicate information to and from store management and crews. Customer Service: Assist customers with questions, problems and complaints; promote CVS customer service culture (Greet, offer help, thank); handle customer relations in accordance with company policy; maintain customer/patient confidentiality. Merchandise/Presentation: Price merchandise, stock shelves, execute displays, signage and inventory for weekly, promotional and seasonal merchandise; execute display maintenance of off-shelf merchandise; reset departments following POGs. Qualifications Deductive reasoning ability, analytical skills and computer skills. Advanced communication and supervision skills. Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, overtime as needed, and to respond to urgent issues at the store when they arise. Preferred Qualifications Experience as a retail supervisor. Education High School Diploma Or Equivalent Preferred But Not Required. Anticipated Weekly Hours 25 Time Type Part time Pay Range The Typical Pay Range For This Role Is $18.00 - $27.00. This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.
