Also assist in the month end close process, preparing financial reports, performingaccounts reconciliation, maintaining the general ledger, assisting with audit preparations and other accounting dutiesas assigned.Requirements:Experience analyzing current and past financial data and performance.General Ledger (GL) accounting experience.Experience preparing Journal entries (JEs).Month end close experience including:Accounts reconciliation – resolving account discrepancies.Variance/fluctuation analysis – experience analyzing financial reports.Minimum of 3 years performing said above duties in a senior role.Bachelors DegreeProficiency in excelExtremely strong analytical, problem-solving skills.Ability to explain complex financial reports.Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.Strong communications skills.State/Federal Mandated Licensure or Certification Requirements:NoneBristol Hospital Mandated Educational Requirements:General orientation at time of hire. Fire/Safety/Infection Control annually.
