Role Summary: Cedar Electronics is looking to hire a Digital Marketing Manager who will lead our communication & execution across our various channels for our two historic brands, Cobra & Escort.Cedar is looking for a marketing leader who will ensure we have a digital focus that will help to bring alive the next evolution of the Cobra & Escort story. This position is ideal for somebody who can stay ahead of an ever-increasing marketing channel mix, while driving growth and continuous improvements within our retail channels. The successful candidate will bring along with it experience in understanding the digital landscape, how to articulate, define the strategy and performance metrics used to measure success. Key Responsibilities: Ensure Cedar Electronics, and its brands, stay up to date with the latest digital marketing trends and best practices. Working with the marketing team to drive the marketing channel / performance execution strategy. Develop and implement key metrics that understand the effectiveness of our marketing campaigns. Develop and oversee marketing campaigns that align with company goals and objectives. Develop and execute product launch campaigns, including budget & spend recommendations to drive cross channel objectives. Be responsible for our retail channel execution with key partners like DTC, Amazon, Best Buy, Walmart and many more. Skills and Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing or Communications. At least 5 -10 years of experience in channel and performance marketing. Show a proven history of digital execution. Excellent communication skills. Ability to translate company strategy into short term objectives as well as reporting back to senior management. Bring in a desire to use data to drive marketing decisions. Have the ability to analyze and interpret data to identify the best use of resources. Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team, influence and work well alongside key stakeholders and foster a positive work environment. Location: This role will be based out of our Rolling Meadows, IL (HQ) office. Reporting: This position will report to the Head of Marketing.
