The Center Director oversees the daily operations of a single education center, ensuring a safe, nurturing environment aligned with Massachusetts EEC rules and regulations. Leading a large team, this role emphasizes staff management, curriculum adherence, and active communication with families to support children's development and program excellence.

Responsibilities

• Oversee program implementation and adherence to MA EEC regulations
• Manage and lead a large education staff team
• Plan and maintain curriculum following existing guidelines
• Monitor compliance with licensing and health standards
• Engage regularly with parents and families to support child development
• Facilitate staff training and professional development opportunities
• Ensure child safety and supervise daily activities
• Manage enrollment processes and maintain accurate records
• Foster leadership and cultivate a positive organizational culture

Qualifications

• MA EEC Director I or II certified
• Associate's degree
• 2+ Years experience in early childhood education administration
• Demonstrated supervisory/leadership skills

Preferred Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in early childhood education administration
• Bachelor/Master's Degree
