Schedule: Thursday Friday and Saturday 8:00 a.m.7:00 p.m.
Murdock Acura SLC is looking for a friendly dependable Receptionist to welcome customers and support our dealership team. As the first point of contact you will help create a professional and positive experience for everyone who calls or visits.
Responsibilities
Greet customers warmly and direct them to the appropriate department.
Answer incoming calls transfer calls and take accurate messages.
Keep the reception area clean organized and welcoming.
Assist with data entry filing and other administrative tasks.
Communicate with sales service and management to help customers receive timely assistance.
Handle customer and dealership information with care and confidentiality.
Qualifications
Friendly professional demeanor and strong communication skills.
Dependability and availability to work the listed schedule.
Ability to stay organized and manage multiple tasks in a busy environment.
Basic computer skills and attention to detail.
Previous receptionist or customer service experience is helpful but not required.
