US Air Conditioning Distributors is a Bosch-owned HVAC equipment distributor with 52 locations in California, Nevada, Utah, Idaho, and Arizona whose goal is to provide customers with what they need, when they need it, with incredible inventory selection and experienced, friendly personnel to assist the customer.
US Air Conditioning Distributors is currently seeking a reliable and motivated professional to join our growing team in the Salt Lake City Offices.
POSITION OVERVIEW:
As an Order Entry Assistant/Receptionist, you will play a key role in supporting daily operations by managing a variety of responsibilities, including data entry, processing sales orders, clerical filing, and handling phone communications. The ideal candidate will possess a strong work ethic, be detail-oriented, and organized.
MINIMUM EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years of experience in data entry
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Customer service skills
- Teamwork skills
- Computer Proficiency/Microsoft Office
- Data Entry
- Filing
