RN - Supervisor

Assistant Director of Nursing

Develop and implement programs to improve patient care and employee performance. Monitor performance related to patient care and assess units in collaboration with nurse managers. Communicate and assist with any necessary corrective actions. Create a record-keeping system to document medication errors and counseling activities. Required skills include performance monitoring, corrective action implementation, supervisory experience, patient care, and program development. Additional skills include record-keeping system development. A Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited program is required. A Master's degree in Nursing is preferred.

Experience: Seven years of experience is required, five of which must be in a supervisory role. License: RN License. Certifications: Primary Source Verification of License and Registration of Registered Professional Nurse. BLS Certification. Must-Have: MED/SURG experience.
