Job Title: RN Supervisor
Facility: Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation Center
Location: Hudson County, NJ
Shift: Full-Time | 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
Salary: $105,000 Annually

Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation Center is seeking an experienced and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor to join our leadership team. This role is ideal for an RN leader who is passionate about providing exceptional resident care, supporting nursing staff, and ensuring clinical excellence throughout the evening shift.

• Supervise and support nursing staff during the evening shift.

• Oversee clinical operations to ensure quality resident care and compliance with regulations.

• Assist the Director of Nursing (DON) and Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) with daily nursing operations.

• Ensure adherence to federal, state, and facility policies, procedures, and standards.

• Assess residents, monitor changes in condition, and provide timely clinical interventions.

• Conduct routine rounds to promote resident safety and regulatory compliance.

• Provide leadership, coaching, and guidance to nursing staff.

• Participate in surveys, audits, inspections, and quality improvement initiatives.

• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and interdisciplinary team members to improve resident outcomes.

• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure effective communication regarding resident care.

• Respond to emergencies and provide sound clinical decision-making.

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of New Jersey .

• Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience in Long-Term Care, Skilled Nursing, or Nursing Home settings.

• Previous supervisory or charge nurse experience preferred.

• Strong clinical assessment, leadership, and critical-thinking skills.

• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.

• Ability to work independently while managing evening nursing operations.

• Knowledge of state and federal long-term care regulations.
