Job Description Join our team as a Psychologist in Tampa, FL! Position: Psychologist Location: Tampa, FL Pay: Competitive rate of $45-55+ per hour Employment Type: W2, Weekly direct deposit Benefits: Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance, Matching 401(k) Hours: Full-time, 30-40 hours per week Schedule: Monday to Friday, following typical school hours Responsibilities: Conduct psychological assessments and evaluations to identify students' strengths and areas for improvement. Provide direct counseling and therapeutic services to students, addressing emotional, social, and behavioral challenges. Collaborate with educators, parents, and external agencies to develop and implement intervention strategies and support plans. Participate in Individualized Education Plan (IEP) meetings and provide input on educational planning. Maintain accurate and confidential student records in compliance with state and federal regulations. Requirements: Doctoral degree (Ph.D. or Psy.D.) in Psychology from an accredited institution. State licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Psychologist in Florida. Experience in conducting assessments and providing therapeutic interventions to children and adolescents. Strong communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills.
