Executive Oncology Sales Representative - Head & Neck (Upper Midwest) - Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine

Johnson & Johnson seeks an Executive Oncology Sales Representative to drive pharmaceutical sales across the Upper Midwest, specifically in Des Moines, Minneapolis, and Rochester. The role involves executing sales strategies for oncology therapeutics, conducting account analysis, and achieving sales objectives in a field-based position.
Responsibilities
- Execute sales strategies for current and potential oncology therapeutics within approved specialties
- Develop account-specific strategies with District Manager and conduct prospecting for new business
- Create pre- and post-call plans with objectives and supporting approved materials
- Negotiate sales, close orders, and utilize company marketing tools to achieve sales objectives
- Discuss access and reimbursement options to improve sales opportunities for customers
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree minimum
- Valid driver's license with ability to travel overnight and weekends
- Minimum two years pharmaceutical, biologic, biotech, or medical device sales experience
- Willingness to reside in or relocate to assigned geography
- Specialty sales experience and solid tumor oncology market knowledge (preferred)
- Hospital and large account sales experience with complex reimbursement handling (preferred)
