Associate Attorney — Civil Litigation - Phoenix, AZ

Enara Law, a Phoenix-based civil litigation firm specializing in contract disputes, business torts, administrative matters, and labor and employment law, is looking for an Associate Attorney to join our team of attorneys. This is a great opportunity for a litigator who wants real courtroom experience, direct client contact, and a clear path to ownership of cases from intake to resolution. What You'll Do Represent clients in Arizona Superior Court and Federal District Court Draft pleadings, motions, and other litigation filings Advise clients directly on strategy and case status Negotiate settlements and resolve disputes efficiently Take depositions and argue motions in court Manage a caseload from inception through resolution Contribute to firm processes and practice-management initiatives as we grow What We're Looking For 1-4 years of civil litigation experience Working knowledge of the Arizona and Federal Rules of Civil Procedure Strong analytical and problem-solving skills A genuine drive to grow into an effective litigator Ability to build trust and rapport with clients Admission Requirements Candidates must be admitted to the Arizona Bar, or actively pursuing Arizona admission at the time of hire. Out-of-state applicants must be in good standing in the jurisdiction in which they are licensed. Schedule This is a full-time, in-office position based at our Phoenix location (85016).
