Job Title: RN Case Management Profession: RN Specialty: Case Management Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day Shift Hours per Shift: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM Experience: Minimum of 2 years in an acute care setting License: Valid RN license required Certifications: ACLS, BLS preferred Must-Have: - Experience in acute care settings - Strong communication skills - Ability to multitask - Independent and reliable - Positive attitude - Teamwork approach - Time management skills Description: This position is for an RN specializing in Case Management. The hospital has a capacity of 289 beds. There is a total of 23 staff members, including a mix of RN and SW. Day shift consists of 10-13 staff members. Night shift does not have RN staff. Patient ratios are estimated at 1 RN to 25 patients and 1 SW to 40 patients. The documentation system used is Meditech, Midas, and Wellsky. Adaptability and strong communication skills are essential for success in this role. The dress code is business casual. A teamwork approach is required to meet patient needs effectively.
