Key Responsibilities For The Senior Accountant Manage month-end and year-end close activities. Prepare and review financial statements, account reconciliations, and journal entries. Utilize Resident Interface to maintain accurate resident billing, lease, and financial records. Analyze financial results and provide variance explanations to management. Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and audit support. Ensure compliance with GAAP and internal accounting policies. Qualifications For The Senior Accountant Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. 5+ years of progressive accounting experience. NetSuite experience is a must Experience using Resident Interface and/or property management accounting software required.
