Neurology Territory Business Manager (Overlay), Indianapolis

Argenx seeks a Territory Business Manager for its Neurology Franchise in the Indianapolis and Fort Wayne area. The role involves driving commercial support for product launches and indication expansion in severe autoimmune diseases, collaborating with internal teams and healthcare professionals to meet sales objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Develop territory plans and local market strategy aligned with launch priorities
  • Engage and communicate with assigned healthcare professionals and specialty pharmacy/infusion providers
  • Collaborate with regional TBMs and cross-functional teams on customer strategy and engagement coordination
  • Meet and exceed sales and launch objectives within assigned geography
  • Submit account plans and activity reports via CRM in timely manner

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree (B.S. or B.A.)
  • 5+ years specialty, rare disease, or biologics sales experience
  • Neurology experience strongly preferred
  • Proven high sales performance track record
  • Ability to plan and execute sales strategy
  • Experience with product launches
  • Must reside in Indianapolis, Fort Wayne, Indiana or Springfield, Illinois area

Compensation: $140,000–$192,500 base
