Stable and growing construction company Opportunity to work closely with accounting leadership Broad exposure across AP, AR, billing, and reconciliations Collaborative office environment with strong team culture Opportunity to grow your accounting career within construction operations Job Details Responsibilities: Process accounts payable invoices and vendor payments Support accounts receivable activities and customer invoicing Assist with billing and payment tracking Perform credit card and account reconciliations Maintain accurate accounting documentation and records Support month-end accounting processes Partner with project and operational teams regarding accounting-related items Assist with administrative accounting functions as needed Qualifications: 2+ years of AP, AR, billing, or accounting support experience Construction industry experience REQUIRED ERP/accounting software experience preferred Experience with Computer Ease or Procore strongly preferred Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to work onsite in a collaborative office environment Interested in hearing more?
