In this hybrid position, this person will collaborate with customers and internal teams to ensure seamless product installations, resolve technical issues, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.Key Responsibilities:* Install, configure, and troubleshoot products for customer deployments* Lead product demonstrations and training sessions to educate customers on product capabilities and best practices* Provide on-site and remote technical support during pre-sales and post-sales phases* Diagnose and resolve technical issues, ensuring customer satisfaction* Collaborate with engineering and support teams to achieve company goals* Manage and triage field service tickets, performing analysis to drive resolutions* Scope product applications, evaluate performance, and assist with installations* Develop tools and procedures to streamline issue resolution and technical processesRequirements* Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field* 4+ years of experience in a related technical solutions or sales engineering role* Experience with scripting languages (e.g., Python)* Knowledge of automation systems, robotics, or related technologies* Knowledge of Windows, and Linux operating systems* Knowledge of robotics platforms, safety standards and Robotics Operating Systems and sensors* Strong troubleshooting skills and a solution-oriented mindset* Excellent verbal and written communication skills* Willingness to travel 30-50%Job TypeDirect HireCompensation165000 - $195000
