Associate AttorneySeeking a California-licensed Associate Attorney with 3+ years of experience in construction litigation and non-litigation matters. The role involves managing a caseload, conducting legal research, drafting pleadings and contracts, appearing in court, advising clients, and supporting business development. Strong analytical, writing, communication, and organizational skills are required, along with the ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with clients and internal teams.This is a full-time hybrid role for an Associate Attorney located in Pasadena, CA. The Associate Attorney will be responsible for managing a caseload of litigation and non-litigation matters, conducting legal research, drafting legal documents, and appearing in court. The Associate Attorney will also have the opportunity to work with cross-functional teams, provide legal advice to clients, and participate in business development initiatives with an active entrepreneurial drive.Qualifications:Juris Doctor degree and active bar membership in the state of CaliforniaAt least 3 years of relevant experience in construction litigation and non-litigation mattersExcellent analytical, research, and writing skillsDemonstrated ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneouslyAbility to communicate complex legal ideas to both legal and non-legal audiences, and work effectively in cross-functional and collaborative teamsStrong interpersonal skills, high level of organization and attention to detail, and strong work ethic
