Salary Range: $54,000 - $81,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

We are partnering with organizations in Cadillac that are seeking Production Leads. These companies are committed to building strong teams and are looking for professionals who can lead initiatives effectively. Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily production activities and personnel to ensure efficiency and quality.
• Coordinate with other departments (e.g., maintenance, quality control) to resolve production issues.
• Monitor production schedules and adjust staffing or workflows to meet deadlines.
• Train and mentor production staff on new processes, safety protocols, and equipment operation.
• Implement and enforce safety regulations and company policies on the production floor.
• Conduct regular quality checks and address any deviations from product specifications.
• Maintain accurate production records and generate reports on output, scrap, and downtime.

Recommended Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in manufacturing, with at least 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role.
• Proven ability to manage and optimize production processes for efficiency and quality.
• Strong understanding of safety regulations and quality control standards (e.g., ISO, GMP).
• Demonstrated experience with Lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and team leadership skills.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification
• Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
• Familiarity with automation technologies and robotics
• Proficient in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Minitab)
