Mortgage Loan Closer

Overview SolomonEdwards is seeking a Mortgage Closer for one of its mortgage clients to play a vital role in the final stages of the mortgage lending process. You will ensure a smooth and efficient closing experience for all parties involved. Base pay range: $28.00/hr - $30.00/hr. This range is provided by SolomonEdwards. Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience — talk with your recruiter to learn more. Responsibilities Review and analyze loan data, ensuring accuracy and completeness Prepare and assemble closing documents, including the final closing disclosure and settlement statements Communicate effectively with borrowers, loan officers, processors, title companies, and other parties involved in the transaction Coordinate closing logistics, scheduling signings and ensuring all necessary documentation is complete Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and investor loan closing regulations Maintain accurate closing schedules and deadlines Qualifications Associate’s degree or equivalent work experience Proficiency in Microsoft Office Financial Services and, if possible, mortgage industry experience preferred General understanding of applicable Federal, State and Local regulations What this role offers when converted to permanent The chance to work for an Established Nationwide Industry Leader and Dedicated Mortgage Lender that is publicly traded and has a track record of performance.
