Mortgage Loan Processor

SolomonEdwards is looking for a Mortgage Processor for one of its mortgage clients to perform daily loan reviews to ensure the accuracy of loan findings. You will act as a key contributor to facilitate efficient and effective processes that support business and customer service objectives. The main responsibilities of this position are: Perform complex data and document validation Troubleshoot third party orders (title, appraisal, hazard, flood cert, credit, etc.) Handle more complex calls, emails or chat sessions Complete appraisal eligibility tasks Evaluate loan applications for compliance with product guidelines Perform other related duties as required and assigned Demonstrate behaviors which are aligned with the organization’s desired culture and values The ideal candidate will possess: Associate’s degree or equivalent work experience Proficiency in Microsoft Office Financial Services and, if possible, mortgage industry experience preferred General understanding of applicable Federal, State and Local regulations What does this role offer when you are converted to a permanent employee: The chance to work for an Established Nationwide Industry Leader and Dedicated Mortgage Lender that is publicly traded and has a track record of performance.
