This role supports a document"intensive operations team with an in"office requirement due to handling paper documents and physical mail processes. The team manages multiple downstream loan fulfillment activities, including document preparation, redisclosure support, settlement and refund review, and shipping. This is considered an entry"level role, and while mortgage experience is uncommon, candidates with strong office fundamentals, analytical ability, and commitment tend to be successful.Job SummaryThe Loan Document Operations Analyst supports paper"based loan documentation and post"closing activities. Responsibilities include preparing and packaging documents for shipment, updating loan origination systems, processing redisclosure requests, and performing analytical refund and settlement reviews. The role requires attention to detail, basic analytical skills, and comfort working in a structured office and cubicle environment.Key ResponsibilitiesHandle and process paper loan documents in an in"office settingPrepare, print, package, and ship letters and loan documentationUpdate loan origination systems accurately and timelySupport Closing Disclosure (CD) review and related redisclosure requestsManage and respond to requests received through: Shared team mailboxes and SharePoint queuesComplete redisclosure documents and submit required requests when changes are identifiedPerform refund and settlement review processes, including: Reviewing refund settlement statements, Comparing settlement data against the assigned Closing Disclosure, and Ensuring all figures tie out accurately before initiating refundsCommunicate with internal partners, including: Settlement agents and Other operational teams supporting mailbox and settlement workflowsMaintain accuracy, organization, and productivity in a structured operations environmentExperience & QualificationsEntry"level candidates encouraged to applyPrior experience working in an office environment, preferably in a cubicle settingAbility to follow structured processes and work with physical documentsStrong attention to detail xzgxqkn and organizational skillsPreferred (Not Required)Relevant educational background such as:AccountingFinanceBusiness AdministrationOther coursework that supports analytical or operations workAdditional ConsiderationsThis team values longevity, dedication, and commitmentEmployment history showing stability is preferred; unexplained gaps may be considered a red flagMortgage experience is rare for this role and not expectedTraining is provided, but candidates must be receptive to learning and able to retain detailed processesWork EnvironmentIn"office role due to paper document handlingStructured operations settingQuality" and process"driven workflow
