Commercial HVAC Service Sales Representative

Service Sales ProfessionalWe are looking for a Service Sales Professional with a track record of developing new commercial HVAC, retrofit, and replacement business. You'll join a team providing full service HVAC and refrigeration maintenance, warranty work, controls upgrades, and planned maintenance agreements to healthcare, commercial, institutional, and industrial customers.You Will Be Responsible ForProspecting and closing new commercial service clientsSelling preventative maintenance, controls upgrades, retrofits, and equipment replacementsBuilding and managing a pipeline of service contracts and lead gen opportunitiesMaintaining strong client engagement with facility managers and ownersCoordinating with operations to ensure service deliveryQualificationsCommercial HVAC or mechanical service sales experienceProven ability to generate new business and close dealsRelationship-building and negotiation skillsStrong professional presentation and CRM disciplineWhat You GetUncapped commission and bonus structureBenefits and retirement matchAutonomy to build territorySupportive operations and service leadership
