Come and join our outstanding team today!* **Job Objective:**The Manufacturing & Production Associate plays an essential role in the production of our Hook and Loop technology! This person is responsible for operating a variety of manufacturing equipment while following established standard operating procedures, maintaining safety, quality, and time standards. **Essential Job Functions:*** Responsible for maintaining a safe work environment.* Operate complex manufacturing equipment following established procedures and Control Plans.* Read and interpret the Discrete Job Routing Sheet.* Perform quality checks as required.* Complete necessary computer transactions or paperwork.* Maintain established production standards.* Accountable for personal goals and the department’s team goals.* Individual must demonstrate the capability to learn to operate in several different departments after required training has been met.* Ability to successfully complete training and operate powered industrial trucks**What You Bring (Qualifications):*** High School Diploma or GED required.* Experience operating manufacturing or production equipment preferred.* Ability to learn multiple processes and work across departments.* Basic computer skills (data entry, transactions, work systems).* Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.* Effective communication and teamwork skills.**Work Environment & Schedule:*** Onsite manufacturing environment with shift-based schedule.* Hands-on role with equipment operation and team collaboration.**Why Join Our Team:*** Work in a safety-first, team-oriented manufacturing environment.* Build valuable technical skills across equipment and processes.* Defined career path into advanced technician, lead, or specialist roles.**PERKS OF BEING PART OF OUR TEAM:**At Velcro USA Inc., we truly value our employees.
