Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Registered Nurse with AccentCare Hospice & Palliative Care, located in San Bernardino, CA. The Registered Nurse will deliver high-quality, compassionate care to patients in hospice or palliative care settings, coordinate patient care plans, provide emotional and clinical support to patients and families, manage medications, and ensure patient comfort. The role requires adherence to regulatory guidelines and collaboration with the interdisciplinary healthcare team to ensure the best possible care. Qualifications Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of California Demonstrated experience in hospice, palliative care, or a similar healthcare field Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills Proficiency in patient care management, care planning, and administering medications Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to provide emotional support and work collaboratively with patients, families, and healthcare team members Ability to comply with regulatory standards and maintain detailed patient records Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple responsibilities effectively Ability to travel locally to deliver care at patient locations within the designated area Bachelor’s degree in nursing (BSN) preferred Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) systems is a plus #J-18808-Ljbffr
